I base alot of my own knowledge from having moved alot, whether buying or selling. I am very active in the community. I sit on the City of New Braunfels Main Street Advisory Committee, the Community Developement Advisory Committee, and the Master Plan Steering Committee for the City of New Braunfels, along with sitting on the Central Texas MLS Committee and the New Braunfels/Canyon Lake Association of Realtors Board. This helps me to know what is going on in the area, so I am an informed agent/realtor.
